I am Ravindra. M. (Armoor) from Civil Engineering branch of Nagarjunasagar Engineering College 1979-1983 batch. I am putting the following details about the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the 1979-83 batch alumini of the College of Engineering (Nagarjunasagar Engineering College, Masab Tank), JNTU Hyderabad.
It has been decided to celebrate the Silver Jubilee Celebrations on the 10th of August 2008 Indian Date (Sunday) at our old college premises. Many of our friends have been contact and we are trying to trace out maximum number of our friends to gather to same place. Elaoberate arrangements are being made for making the event a memorable one as most of us will be getting in touch after a long gap of 25 years and as we may not get any other opportunity in our balace life time.
Friends who are settled in different parts of the state, other states and in foreign countries are making their plans to meet the D Day. I request all of to attend in full enthusiam and enjoy the day.

- Limited accomodation is being organised on first come first serve basis or outstation delegates at the JNTU Univerisity Kukatpally Campus. Subject to availability. Interested persons or the inform in advance
- Local transport by BUS will be arranged from JNTU Kukatpally to Masab Tank & back.
- Delegates requireing seperate accomodation at any hotel in the City have to intimate in advance so that rooms can be reserved. The hotel bill has to be footed by the delegate.

This blog is updated today by C. Ramamuthy today.On 27th, sunday 11 am at JNTU masabtank,some more batchmates have joined the team of Ravindra, Rameshvarma, Uday, Vidyasagar,Ramamurthy,Krishna Raju.They were E.V.Madhusudhan, Abdul Samee, Abdul Bari(going to settle in US shortly),Govind Rao,Jagdishwar,A.Venkateshwar Prasad.
Four more(Samiuddin, Govind Rao,Jagdishwar and Venkateswar Prasad, have paid the amount. All batchmates were told to fill the Registration form and mail. That would help Ravindra to update his blog site as well, which is the common database for all of us now.Saibaba Reddy could not attend and hence we were not clear about Profesors who can attend. The program as of now remains as it appeared on the site.Only Dinner venue may change, based on the availability. As soon as this gets fixed, it will be notified. Lunch and dinner menu will also be finalised soon, after discussion with caterer, hopefully by middle of this week.Details of arrangements were also discussed (about PR and event managers (announcer, videographer,receptionist with a PC, camera for taking on the spot family photo amongst others)). Branchwise group photos would be taken.
Hopefully Saibaba Reddy would attend next sunday meeting and after that, we would be left with saturday only, and a rehearsal would be performed on Saturday with the event managers. For this to happen, all events, with TIME Stamping have to be finalised on next sunday and the individual activity lists have to be generated, as to who should do what, and at what time. In case some events do not happen on time, a standby alternative should also be thought about.

Sad news is that Pramod Vidur has confirmed that Sri Prakash Solanki our dear friend has expired an year back.
My heart felt condolences to his family and children.
